To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required. The remaining 50% is due within 7 days of receiving the final product.

The number of revisions is tailored to your project and agreed upon in our initial discussions. By default, we include one hour of revisions free of charge; any additional revision time can be arranged at an hourly rate.

This is dependent on the size of your project.

• Our average turnaround time is around 12 days from the completion of filming. Please note your project’s turnaround time may be shorter or longer.

• If you are on a deadline we can discuss the feasibility of a faster turnaround.

• If you need it urgently, we do provide rapid turnaround time (<24 hours) if feasible.

• For conferences and events, we offer same-day delivery if feasible.

Yes. We extend our services internationally and across New Zealand. If this applies to you, get in contact and we can discuss travel fees.
